3. How to Submit a DMCA Takedown Notice

To file a valid copyright infringement notice with OnlineSoundboard, please provide an email containing all of the following statutory requirements (pursuant to 17 U.S.C. § 512(c)(3)):

1. Identification of the Copyrighted Work: A description of the copyrighted work that you claim has been infringed (for example, the title of the song, original video, movie, or audio creation), including registration details or official web links if available.
2. Exact URL(s) of the Infringing Material: Direct web link(s) to the specific sound page(s) on OnlineSoundboard where the audio clip is located (e.g. https://onlinesoundboard.com/en/instant/example-sound-slug). Providing generic terms like "search for X" is insufficient.
3. Your Contact Information: Your full legal name, company name (if applicable), mailing address, telephone number, and email address.
4. Good Faith Statement: A statement that you have a good faith belief that the disputed use of the material is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
5. Accuracy & Perjury Statement: A statement, made under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notification is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on behalf of the owner of an exclusive right that is allegedly infringed.
6. Signature: A physical or electronic signature (typing your full legal name at the bottom of the email is acceptable) of the copyright owner or authorized representative.

4. What Happens After We Receive Your Notice?

Upon receipt of a valid and complete DMCA notice:

• We will promptly review the specified URL(s) and audio content.
• We will remove or disable access to the sound button and associated audio files from our servers.
• We will notify you via reply email confirming the removal.

5. Counter-Notification Procedure

If content you contributed or requested was removed due to a mistaken DMCA notice or misidentification, you may submit a written Counter-Notification to our Designated Agent.

A valid Counter-Notification must include:

• Identification of the material that has been removed or to which access has been disabled, and the location at which the material appeared before removal.
• A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief that the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification.
• Your name, address, telephone number, and email address.
• A statement consenting to the jurisdiction of the competent court in Gujarat, India, and that you will accept service of process from the person who provided the original DMCA notification.
• Your physical or electronic signature.
